For the DePaul Game Development program, each student works in a team to create a "capstone" project near the end of their degree. Our team, nicknamed SLEET, created the unique 3 verse 1 networked game "IT CAME FROM THE ORPHANAGE". In the game, three players control orphans with elemental powers, trying to reach the end of the dungeon; while the forth player is the demon prince, spawning and commanding hordes of demons to stop them.

The game was written in C# using the XNA framework and FlatRedBall engine. I was responsible for programming the AI, map importer and renderer (we used the Tiled Map Editor tool), attacks and special abilities, basic physics, particles, and various other mechanics. My fellow programmer, Nathan Gonzalez, handled the majority of the networking, did a lot of work on the controls, interface and menus, game conditions, sounds, and other things.
